Only God Can Be All Things To All People
The system of checks and balances was created with human nature in mind. It works against tyranny and dictatorship by keeping any one person or group from having all the power. In other words, it keeps government from trying to play God. Government can never be all things to all people; only God can be everything to all people. So, today we praise God as King. As Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, your God is both unity and diversity and He works for the highest good of His people.
