Acompañaron a José las mujeres que habían venido con Jesús desde Galilea, y vieron el sepulcro y cómo fue colocado el cuerpo. Después regresaron a su casa para preparar especias aromáticas y ungüentos, y descansaron en el día de reposo, conforme al mandamiento.
