Kingdom Leadership

DÍA 7 DE 7

Principle #7 "Rejoice, Stay Grateful, and Never Stop Praying."

We must remember that in any given circumstance, we must pray continually, stay grateful, and praise God. As kingdom leaders, you will endure ups and downs. We are guaranteed to have trouble on earth, but John 16 promises us that God has overcome the world. Our job is to remain faithful in the tough seasons, continuing to pray, knowing that God will turn our situations around.

And when the situation is turned around, we still should pray. There’s a tendency to pray hard for God to change our circumstances; then when we get the thing we’ve prayed for, we don’t pray as fervently. I suggest that we do the opposite. As hard as we pray for our circumstances to change, we should pray and give thanks even more when God answers that prayer.

A grateful and rejoicing heart makes room for God to move. As kingdom leaders, we do not want to lead with hearts of bitterness, as bitterness can lead to a hardened heart. Our job as leaders is to make prayer, praise, and gratefulness a daily part of our workday. You can even include your team, creating an atmosphere of praise and gratefulness for your team to thrive in.

1 Thessalonians says, “In all circumstances!” Let this be your reminder that to be a kingdom leader, this must be your daily heart posture.

Kingdom leaders always rejoice, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances.
