God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 1 )Sample

2 Corinthians – Day 3
When sin entered the world, a rift was created between humanity and God—a fracture humans couldn’t fix. No amount of good works or acts of penance could restore what was lost. The situation was dire, but God, in His sovereignty, had already set in motion a plan for reconciliation.
All of human history centers around the cross, the focal point of God’s plan to reconcile His creation to Himself. When we place our faith in Jesus, we are clothed in His righteousness and returned to a right relationship with the Father.
Once we are reconciled to God, our mission is to help others do the same. This is why Paul refers to us as “ministers of reconciliation.” When we share the gospel, we are sharing the good news that all who follow Jesus can experience reconciliation with their creator.
