Run into His Arms

As we visualize the mighty arms of our Heavenly Father embracing us, we may feel humbled and have a great sense of security. To say it is a privilege to be under His covering does not come close to adequately describing this interaction with God. Our Father loves us more than we can ever understand. The lengths He allowed his Son to go to in order to save us is nothing short of astounding.

When we absorb the truth of what God has done for us and what He continues to do in His faithfulness, we can’t help but fall on our faces in worship. He bids us to run to Him, to hide confidently in the strength and refuge of His heavenly hug.

If you feel hesitant, ask yourself why. We need never fear, for He is our safeguard, our deliverer, and our Abba. He is always with us, waiting for His dear children to come to Him and embrace His everlasting love.

Abba, I have no fear. You are my Protector, my Father who will faithfully surround me until the day I come home to You. Amen.
