When One Person Says “Yes” to GodSample
Jesus is Alive!
Hello, my friend! Jesus is alive! What an honor to be able to state that truth on this Resurrection Sunday! It truly is a miracle!
Jesus is alive!
The fact that Jesus is alive brings so much meaning and purpose to life. Take a moment and embrace these truths today.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my sins have been forgiven, and I am free.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my eternity is secure.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my hope is founded on His promises and they are true!
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my life is hidden with Christ in God.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my past has been redeemed and my present is a gift.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my purpose is found in bringing Him glory every day.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my life is healed and whole.
Because I said “yes” to Jesus, my joy is complete, my mind is at peace, and my passion is for Jesus!
Listen to this amazing declaration of what happened when YOU said “yes” to God! Romans 10:9-10 says:
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘’Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
When you declared with your mouth that Jesus is Lord of your life, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead—you were saved! You were redeemed. You were justified. You were transformed into a new creation. All of that happened when you said “yes.”
The other day, I was walking by the waterfront, and I saw a young man get down on one knee and propose marriage to his girlfriend. Tears were flowing, family was watching from around the corner of a building, photographers were snapping, and the whole waterfront park was watching. After the proposal, the soon-to-be-groom shouted to everyone who was captivated by what was going on these words, “She said “yes!”
My friend, before you said “yes” to the Resurrected Lord, He had already said “yes” to you! My prayer is that you will carry that reality with you as you celebrate Easter today.
He is risen! He is risen indeed!
Never forget my friend…you are HIS miracle!
Your friend,
Grant

About this Plan
Easter is a wonderful time to reflect on what happens when one person says “yes” to what God calls them to do or believe in the moment. The Easter narrative is full of examples of those who said “yes” who we can look to. When we say “yes”, we get to witness amazing things.
