God's Healing Done, His Way Many Christians today still do not really believe God heals people miraculously. Healing is something that only comes from God, not man. God's will is to heal people to make them whole. Some people expect or accept only certain ways of praying for healing. For example, praying for the sick is by laying hands. I believe God is still healing people today and always through His creative ways. In the Old and New Testament, it teaches that the Spirit gives this gift to the church and instructs his church to heal the sick for His Glory. A young man with severe back pain came to ask a prayer team to pray for healing but before the prayer team interceded, God revealed to one of prayer team by saying “It is done!." When the young man checked his back pain, he found that God healed him even though the team did not actually pray for him. Prayer: Jesus Lord, thank you for giving us your authority and power to pray for the sick. Thank you for your many demonstrations of how to pray for the sick in Your creative ways. Pray Lord help us to listen to you clearly so that many will be healed and saved as your kingdom is done on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus' name, Amen.
