Know Your Savior, Jesus Christ
Often, I have listened to some Christians talk about what the devil has done to them, how they are upset at the devil and how they spent entire nights rebuking the devil. Such Christians may also go around telling everyone they meet what the devil has been telling them, but you don’t really hear them talking about what the Lord has been telling them.
Instead of magnifying Jesus and His presence and being mindful of Him, they are magnifying the devil and being more aware of him than Jesus. It’s really sad! They are always talking about the battle they are in, and the devil. Do you know that the best way to fight, is to magnify and glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in your life?
The Bible declares, Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered… Amen!
I believe the most important strategy, is not to know your enemy, but to know your Savior Jesus Christ, and the power of His resurrection and His direction for your life. Jesus said, “My sheep listen to My voice; I know them, and they follow Me.” (John 10:27 NIV)
Today, do you know Jesus Christ as your very own Lord, God and Savior? Are you completely assured that His presence and favor are with you? If not, invite Him into your life right away and enjoy a relationship with Him, His Father and His Spirit. Life will be a lot more interesting and adventurous.
Prayer
Lord Jesus, I want to know You more intimately, and experience Your presence and favor in my life. I want to enjoy a relationship with You. Amen.

It is our prayer that it will reveal to those who don’t know Jesus Christ, that there is a Creator and Maker of this universe, the only loving and powerful God who longs for a personal relationship with every human being. We pray that these daily readings will remind us all of the great hope and abundant joy in knowing Jesus Christ, through whom we have eternal life!
