Your face, your place

Sometimes whole life discipleship looks like you.

For today, and for the rest of your days, whole-life discipleship looks like living with and for Jesus, everywhere you go, in everything you do. The places where you find yourself may change, and the face will age (sorry), but the mission doesn’t. Each day, we’re called to live the way of Jesus in our context, on our frontlines.

If Jesus had your diary today, what do you think He would drop because it’s not needed or helpful? Where might Jesus stop to spend more time in your busy day ahead?

Thankfully, we have more than the daily challenge of taking up our cross and following Jesus’s example. We also have the daily promise of His company. Jesus promises to be with us always – all of our days.

Lord, if You were me today, if You had my diary, what You drop because it’s not needed or helpful, and where would You stop to spend more time? Lord, if I were You today, If I represented You to those around me, what words would I say, what fruit should I display? Lord, if they were You today, how would my approach change if I saw You in those I met and served?
