This is how I fight my battles

Did you know that God has already conquered your battles for you!? Jesus did not give you a battle to fight. He's already won the battle. Sometimes, the wrong perception of our walk with God, may develop the wrong belief that a Christian life is a constant battle. The battle does not belong to us. The battle belongs to the Lord. This is why we have so many promises in the Bible which implies that the Lord is fighting for us. He has already given you the victory. This is the direct result of the finished works of Jesus on the cross. The finished works on the cross have reconciled man back to God into a divine love relationship. Now nothing can separate you from that love as long as you believe in the perfect sacrifice Jesus made for you and I. This atonement made us alive to God and now His presence is in us. If God is for us, who can be against us? Do not be afraid of who and what is against you. Rather be aware of the ONE who is for you! Jesus is enough. His presence alone brings you victory. 

David’s life is the perfect example to recognize the key to his success and victory. As long as the Lord was with David, he conquered every battle. The presence of the Lord in David’s life was the secret weapon for him to be the successful warrior. To stay victorious in life is to grow in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. The antidote to overcome all of your trials is to grow deeper and deeper in the love of God. When deep roots of Gods’ love grows within you, it makes you stronger in your Identity to stand on the ground God has given you as an inheritance.

David experienced Gods’ enduring love through his life here on earth. This is why he sang and wrote a psalm of praise, “His love endures forever." It echoes even today into eternity. God's love will never fail us. It is steadfast, enduring, gracious, accepting, inseparable from you. You are MORE than a conqueror, an overcomer, a victor, through Christ who loves you unconditionally. Remain in Him and walk in victory!
