Fervent: Fight Fear With Faith Sample
There are two things we should remember when we pray for God’s mercy – our persistence and His compassion. Both work hand-in-hand to fulfill His will and purposes. When we cry out for deliverance, others may try to discourage us instead. But that is when we need to pray all the more. Sure, it might look hopeless; the two men were blind after all. Yet, that did not stop them from crying out “all the more”. So should we – pray fervently all the more, seek His mercy and grace all the more, pray for deliverance all the more. Remember our cries do not fall on deaf ears! God is compassionate and slow to anger, filled with love. He will be merciful and He will bring restoration. He will do His part; let us do ours.
Pray for:
• A spirit of godly persistence to fill the Church.
• God’s compassion and mercy to fall on all mankind.
• God’s will to be accomplished.
