Israel is called to be a witness to the nations. They are called to witness to the only true God. As a believer in Jesus Christ, this is also your calling. You are a witness the moment you believe in Christ. As a Christian, you are an example to the world of what it is to believe in Jesus Christ, how it affects your life, and how you behave. This does not mean everything is perfect. No one is perfect except for Jesus. But people will watch and observe you if you are a believer. It is like being on display. But this should not stress you out. It is about your love for God and trying your best. People will see this and recognize it.

If it stresses you out, ask God to help you. Ask him for peace and support so you can live up to it.

If you read through the Old Testament, the Israelites made a lot of mistakes and were not always a good example. Nonetheless, God is loyal. He keeps His promises. He will not leave you for anything. He will stand by your side and help you.
