Divine Preparations for Kingdom Professionals

DAY 20 OF 31

THE PATH FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY

Everybody is ordinary until trained. Training produces specialness, and training is a product of a process. As parents, be mindful of how you nurture your children. If you have a 16-year-old daughter and a housemaid, why not let the housemaid go, as you may be destroying your daughter’s development? Having your daughter take on household responsibilities is better than relying on a maid. Otherwise, the maid may learn skills essential for life that your daughter misses out on.

Someone said, "No one will use me." The reality is someone will use you—whether it is God or the devil. The choice is yours. Sometimes, the best way to learn is by being actively involved in tasks and responsibilities. This is how God prepares you for freedom. You will not be free until you are first bound righteously. Pray for God to bind you in a way that leads to ultimate freedom.

If financial freedom is your goal, start by imposing discipline on yourself now. For someone who is overweight now and going towards premature death, the doctor will tell him to bind himself by waking up early in the morning and going through a rigorous training programme, changing his diet and so on. Like Elisha, commit today to start your training and ensure your path to manifestation is clear and complete, not half-hearted or incomplete. The Bible says, “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God” (Rom. 8:19).

Prayer: Father, send me and train me, I pray. I receive grace to go all the way with Your process for me in Jesus’ name.
