Fuel the Fireنموونە
In this scripture the Lord is instructing Moses and the Isrealites the proper way to create an altar of worship. The flame that is burning continuously serves as a symbol of our relationship with God. That our relationship with Him is not a spark or one singular flame, but a continuous burning fire (a sustaining connection with our Heavenly Father).
This passage serves as a reminder of the importance of keeping our spiritual fires continuously burning and growing for the Lord. In the same way the priests are instructed to add firewood and arrange the burnt offerings, we are called to “Fuel the Fire” and keep the flame of our relationship with the Lord alive. Fueling your Fire with God can look like reading your Bible, spending time in prayer, worshiping, and loving others the way God loves them.
Each day, we have the opportunity to serve God, come before Him, spend time in His presence, reflect on His goodness, and keep our flame burning!

About this Plan
As Christians, it can be easy to go through the motions of life, where the hardships and challenges try to extinguish your spiritual flame. 2 Timothy 1:6-7 reminds us that our job as believers is to fuel our spiritual flame- through meditation on God’s word, spending time in his presence, and prayer. Join us on this journey to Fuel the Fire in your life.
