Love Letters to My Daughtersنموونە
HIS PRESENCE
My Dearest Daughter,
I see many have thrown you in a pit, hoping you would fail but know that I am with you like I was with Joseph. Take the time to know me and anchor yourself in my Word. Forgive those who hurt you, told you that you couldn’t sit with them, or counted your outcomes with ease. Know I have always counted you in and walked with you. Even in the darkest times, I never left your side. When you realize I am truly all you need, you will find it easier to climb out of the pits, walk into victory, and let things go.
No more will you wonder if I am with you! No more will you question my path for you! My Word will be a lamp unto your feet, getting brighter and brighter each day, and you will know the exact path on which I am leading you. You will grow from haziness to clarity! Trust in me and allow me to move on your behalf and take you higher.
Love,
Your Father
My Sis,
The pandemic was real. I learned so much about myself and others over that time. I sit here shocked but grateful I made it out alive and with the ability to have something to write about that can inspire you to keep pushing. Many people look at my life with envy, and it breaks my heart. Having a lot of followers and being verified by IG means nothing when you’re in a room with a bunch of people who don’t see you for who God has called you to be. It means nothing when you’re calling them friends, yet their fruit is rotten, and their character is the exact opposite of where you are going in life.
I used to hang with a group of girls, and after I found God, I felt so uncomfortable around them because they would try to bring me back to a place from which God was delivering me. This is where I learned forgiveness for myself and others. When God gave me this letter, I was in the middle of a learning experience that the enemy used to try to break me. But God used it for me to learn to stand up for myself and not be okay with someone telling me I need to see myself at the level they saw me. This industry is no joke and finding godly friends who want to see you prosper isn’t easy, but God is a restorer.
When I decided to follow God completely, just last year, he told me to change the name of my lashes and extended the grace for me to have a beauty line that glorifies him. It was an easy choice for me, but man, I experienced a lot of disappointment by doing so—from the Kingdom and the world. Someone actually told me God gave her the same idea. She took the exact formula he gave me and started a lash line. I was devastated.
Most times, we’re thrown into pits to not only build us up in character but to also show us what it means to lean fully on the Lord and trust him. Even now as I write this, I am still in my learning process, but I read somewhere that we have to teach the things we need to learn. This, for me, was a friendly reminder that those many times I was counted out, made fun of, gossiped about, and preyed upon (and yes, I mean preyed), God was my shield, covering me. He is doing the same for you. Let this letter remind you that Emmanuel (God is with us) is with you! This week, record the times God is with you, and feel his presence.
This will help you start to recognize that he is always there with you.
Love, Camara

About this Plan
Ever wondered what a love letter from God feels like? Seven years ago, I began journaling my conversations with Him, finding comfort and reminders that I'm never alone. During the pandemic, God guided me to publish "Love Letters to My Daughters." Initially nervous about sharing my personal journal entries, I found courage in Revelation 12:11 (NLT): "And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony..." Take this journey with me and let God, the love of our lives, guide us most beautifully.
