God Quiets Me with His Love

“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” -Zephaniah 3:17

The Promise: God quiets me with His love.

Sometimes you just need to let the Lord quiet your frenzied mind and heart with the comfort of His love. There is absolutely nothing you have done that will take that love away, and there is nothing you can do to earn it. Freely, He offers His heart. In the trembling of the thoughts and fears that won’t stop, God is a mighty warrior who saves you, takes delight in you, softly cradles you with His love and sings you to sleep. Rest in the quietness of His satisfying love.
