Christmas is a season that seems to be filled with hope. Maybe it’s hope for a gift under the tree, a break from your job, or a fresh start in the new year. Sometimes, that hope is all you need to get through to the next day, year, and holiday. Remember, whatever you’re hoping for this season, there is a greater hope that we celebrate at Christmas—the hope we have in Jesus. Our hope is in the One who came to save us. It’s in the One who came to this world as a baby just to be with us. To rescue us. To make things right for us. Because of Jesus, no matter what your life looks like this Christmas, you can have hope that there’s more ahead for you. You can have hope in a living God who saved you once and for all.
