[Kainos] the Power of Team نموونە
Church As A Team
In this world filled with division, what if the Church was unified? In this world filled with weakness, what if there was power in our stroke? In this world filled with “Whatever,” what if there was a moment of discipline, focus, and self-control, where everyone with an oar could just go for it? Who is the hero on an eight-person rowing team? No one. The hero is the team. Who is the hero in Church? No one. It is the team. We are able to row together; that is the power of teamwork.
There is something about teamwork that feels good. It is always better to do things together. We go further and get higher. God never intended for us to be alone, to do things alone. He has created a body, a Church, a team of people willing to do amazing things together for Him.
Solomon was commissioned to build the Temple of the Lord with the help of people of Israel. It was a task that required teamwork. Every willing person of any skill was at Solomon’s disposal for the work—all the leaders and all the people of Israel. It was a God-sized task and it needed all hands on deck.
As members of this beautiful team called the church of the Lord, the body of Christ, we are valued not only for what we can do, all of our capabilities, but we are also valued for who we are in Christ. We are valued as irreplaceable parts of His body. No role is too small or insignificant. If we unite our strengths and weaknesses in the service if the Lord, nothing in the world can stop us.
God has chosen us to do build His church, to reach those who still do not know Him, to serve Him willingly and wholeheartedly. All we have to do is say yes. Together, we can do it using the power of teamwork!

About this Plan
As God’s people, we can always do so much more as a team than as one person. Let’s give our best before the Lord, and Jesus will do something amazing through us. In unison and faithfulness, let’s take a courageous step of faith, knowing that God’s hand is upon us because His heart is before us.
