Prophets, Visionaries and Dreamers

DAY 4 OF 5

Let's walk with vision

The entire Bible is full of visions that God gave his children even in the midst of disobedience, uncertainty and pain.

Today through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, we can walk with vision and thus fight for what God has called us to accomplish, to fight the good fight of faith.

When you walk with vision you will not be defeated by any trial, but will take firm steps remembering that God is faithful to fulfill what He has promised.

There is one thing I am convinced of, and that is that God will always lead you to more.

The vision is not only about entering confidently into what God has for us, but it is always about serving God and loving people with everything.

The Holy Spirit was not poured out for us to hide or confine to the four walls of the church, but was poured out with a kingdom vision. For this reason, Acts 1:8 says: "But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive power and be my witnesses both in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." The outpouring of the Holy Spirit was intended so that we can be witnesses for God and live with a vision of extending His kingdom to the ends of the earth.

Why and what do you live for? Have you ever asked yourself that question?

Today I would like to encourage you and remind you that we are God's children and he has given us a vision that is about expanding his kingdom, growing and making Jesus known, building up the local church, helping the needy and making a difference where we are positioned.

When you walk with vision, no obstacle will be able to get you out of focus or stop you, and you will be able to testify of His grace and love everywhere.

Prayer: Lord, help me to live with vision, to see with eyes of faith beyond my circumstances. Ignite my heart and help me to live focused on my purpose. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, amen.
