What hobbies do you have? Magic the Gathering? Softball? Video games? Model airplanes? Everyone has a hobby or something that interests them, but have you ever found yourself looking at someone else and thinking: "Man, that is one weird hobby!" We all have different things that interest us and we find it easy to nerd out about. Maybe you know every team member and every stat from a football team, or you are really into history and facts. Regardless, it is easy to value what we deem valuable and devalue what we don't.
The Bible talks about how each of us has been gifted by God and how we are all so different and so valuable to God. That's because we are given distinct ways to express ourselves, but they all come from God. So I wonder what it would look like if we valued and celebrated one anothers' gifting?
What would it look like if we encouraged others in their gifting and tried to see how God was working in and through their distinct gift?

About this Plan
If someone asked who you are, what would you say? Are you a musician? A basketball player? A friend? A daughter or son? Those things might be true, but have you ever felt like you’re still figuring out who you are, what you’re good at, or why you’re here? In this 20-day devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we'll explore who Jesus is and discover who we’re meant to be.
