The Other Five Prayer Journeyنموونە
DAY EIGHTEEN
Isaiah 6:8 "And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then I said, "Here I am! Send me."
A testimony from Daniela Mora Ruz, leader from Red Universitaria in Concepción, Chile:
Daniela could not believe that God had just answered her prayer so specifically. She was a new small group leader and had woken up that morning with a precise prayer on her mind to ask God for two girls from China to share the Gospel with and to disciple. She got up from bed and went to the gym, the one and only time that would happen that year. Her water bottle was full and she had her earbuds plugged in to listen to her favorite music. As she stepped on the treadmill she looked to her right and to her left and realized that she was surrounded by two young Asian women. She could hardly contain the excitement as she began a conversation and realized that both girls were exchange students from China. Both girls would become part of her small group and become followers of Jesus, even getting baptized in a Christian house group in their home country. This was the moment that God called her to the nations.
Before Daniela even graduated from the university, she began to study theology and missions to be able to answer the call of God and fulfill the Great Commission. In March 2020, she became the first student to be sent out from Red Universitaria Chile (Chilean University Network) on a three-month missions internship to serve a Red Universitaria group in Colombia. Would you pray that she would be the first of many more students sent out from Latin America and the Caribbean to the nations?

Prayer: Lord Jesus, we open our hearts to You today and ask that there be a willingness in us to go! To go wherever and whenever You see fit. The need is so great and we want to be participants in this great harvest that lies before us. We echo the words of Isaiah: "Here we are! Send us."

About this Plan
The Other Five are the 5 out of 6 people in Latin America Caribbean that are not yet disciples of Jesus. The soul care decisions regarding them should be guided by the Lord of the Harvest, the One that truly cares most for every soul. The One that cares most should be foremost in determining where the focus should be directed as we PRAY, GO, AND GIVE.
