Developing Deeper Intimacy With Godنموونە
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
God Is Committed To Us: We all have experienced the loss of someone dear to us. Whether by death, divorce, disagreement, or deceit, we know the pain and disappointment of someone leaving us or letting us down. Intimacy deepens when we are confident the other person has our best interest at heart, and no matter what, they will be there for us.
God's Word assures us that His love is unconditional, universal, and undying. No circumstance or situation, change in our character or physical condition, will cause God to leave us or stop loving us. He promises to be with us eternally.
Question: Do you believe God's love for you is greater than your faults and failures?
Challenge: Meditate on Romans 8:35-39 and Jeremiah 29:11. Open your heart to God, pray and ask Him to help you experience His presence in a fresh new way.
