Love God Greatly: Empoweredنموونە
Hope in the resurrection is central to the Christian faith. The resurrection of Christ changed everything, from our spiritual standing to our eternal future. Christ was the first to be resurrected, and we, too, will be resurrected after we die. Our eternity is dependent on our faith in Christ, and His righteousness is given to us when we believe.
Paul lived every day in light of the reality of the resurrection. He lived in a state of constant repentance, continually confessing his sin before God. He also lived in such a way that he quickly resolved conflicts, apologized immediately, and offered forgiveness to others.
When our hope is in God, we can live with confidence that we too will experience resurrection. When we live in light of the reality of the coming resurrection, we can follow Paul’s example of repentance and forgiveness. May we live with a clear conscience, not because we will be unforgiven if we do not repent, but because repentance and forgiveness mark us as followers of Christ.
Lord Jesus, I praise You for offering eternal life through faith in You. Help me live every day in light of the reality of the resurrection. I believe I will be resurrected and will live eternally with You. Help me repent quickly and offer forgiveness willingly. Amen.

About this Plan
Empowered: Yesterday and Today is a deep study of the book of Acts. As we study the early church and the spread of the gospel we hope to find encouragement and strength to continue spreading the message of the gospel in our spheres of influence. God empowered the early church to share the gospel every single day, and He does the same for us, even now.
