Planting Seeds Of Faithنموونە
Tell Me a Story
Story is a universal language. Stories have been passed down throughout the generations. Hearing a story told live is something everyone loves, especially children. As parents we have a unique opportunity to share not only our stories with our children, but God’s story as well. Beth Smith shares how she learned to tell stories in a way that her children really enjoy.

“Tell me a story”! Such powerful words. Deuteronomy 6 tells us we should talk to our children at home or away — when getting up and lying down. So basically, all the time! That’s a big command … to share ourselves and our God with our children and grandchildren. Today, take a moment to think of two stories (one from your own life and one from the Bible) that you would like to share. Then begin the exciting task of telling stories to the next generation!
