Praying Expectantly with Others
Do you find it easier to face challenges when you are not alone? The same is true with prayer. Scripture teaches that praying with others is a good thing. We saw it modeled often in the life of Jesus. Jan Schuler found this to be true when a neighbor asked for prayer in their Bible study.

That is a good reminder: We were not meant to live the Christian life alone. Are there people with whom you could join together in prayer? You may need to open up and be vulnerable as you share your needs. And you may feel the weight of others’ concerns as they ask you to pray. But great blessing can come from knowing that others are praying with you and for you. There will be an expectation for God to do some great and powerful things. Take a moment to think of a person or group of people with whom you can share a specific prayer request.

About this Plan
Prayer is a powerful way to interact with both God and others. Praying with others can be both encouraging and deeply meaningful. This plan will help you think of new ways to do that. Each of the five days contains a short audio message (1-2 minutes). The guests share about praying face-to-face, deepening relationships through prayer, seeing God's power, and leading group prayer.
