God’s Promises for Solopreneursনমুনা
“God’s promises are true.”
“God’s promises are yes and amen.”
I’ve heard those phrases in church many times before. I thought, how great that we have a loyal God, but I never understood what these promises meant.
What promises? God’s promises for who?
These questions occupied my mind. So much so that I began looking into it.
As I studied the Bible, I discovered that there are many promises!
And they apply to every believer in Christ. (Romans 9–11 talks about this when it describes how the Gentiles are engrafted into the branch of Israel—the first receivers of God’s promises. In Matthew 8:10–11, Jesus confirms their adoption when saying that many Gentiles will sit at the feast in heaven.)
I can’t discuss all of God’s promises with you in this plan, there are simply too many, but I will discuss a few that resonate with me in the role of solopreneur. Each day in this plan explores one promise. At times there may be even more as some promises go hand in hand very well.
But wait: Why does it matter to know these promises?
First, once you know them you can proclaim those promises when there are rough times in your business.
Second, you will never lose hope because you can always fall back on those promises.
Can you fall back on them? YES!
Part of God’s character is faithfulness (Exodus 34:6). Being trustworthy is literally in God’s nature.
The Bible has many accounts of this: like when God promises Abraham his offspring will be countless as the stars in the sky.
Or when Israel is promised an everlasting Kingdom through Jesus.
God is unshakably loyal.
As a loving Father, God wants to be involved in your business, and He wants you to know what He promises for your entrepreneurial life. Are you ready to explore it?
Blessings,
