The Nature Of The Propheticনমুনা
Now that we have spent time sharpening our focus on the nature of the prophetic, it is time to step back and enlarge our spiritual vision.
Father has mysteries He desires to reveal to us. He “takes the upright into His confidence” (Proverbs 3:32). This confidence speaks of close deliberation. The Amplified Version of this verse says that “His private counsel is with the upright (those with spiritual integrity and moral courage).”
Conversations with God from a place of intimacy will undoubtably get His attention. He will share His secrets with us. As believers we get Father’s blessing when we desire to hear from Him. “Blessed are those who listen to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway” (Proverbs 8:34). We are blessed when we seek His face. We are satisfied when we hunger for Him, for He is the one who fills us.
This is the season to behold His glory and majesty and to experience Holy Spirit revealing the mysteries of heaven. It is the season to expect spiritual wisdom and prophetic revelation in ever increasing measure!

About this Plan
What does it mean to be prophetic? How do we recognise the voice of the Holy Spirit and communicate Him effectively to others? Take time aside to grow in wisdom, develop your spiritual gifts, and learn about the essential qualities you need to live a prophetic life. This 10-day devotional plan is based on James 3:17 from the book, The Nature of the Prophetic, by Sally McCracken.
