7 Stages Of Grief After Miscarriageনমুনা
There is no instruction manual for grief. A woman will experience many emotions after a miscarriage and no two miscarriages are ever the same. The only constant after a miscarriage is God’s faithfulness, His promise to never leave you. God will remain by your side as you grieve through the dark and lonely days.
King David says in Psalm 56:8 that God kept a record of his sorrows, bottling every single tear he had ever shed. I hope you know that God has done the same for you!
As you cry and grieve for the precious life you lost, please know that God notices every tear that rolls down your face. He understands the sorrow and disappointment you are holding in your heart, because nothing escapes His notice. He will never be too busy to notice you or care about your heart.
Allow yourself to grieve. Cry the ugly tears. But please, do not accept the enemy’s lie that you are broken. Our enemy is going to try and convince you that because your baby is gone, you are now broken and therefore damaged goods.
If the enemy is assaulting your thoughts with feelings of brokenness, like he repeatedly did to me, I beg of you to verbally declare out loud that you are fearfully and wonderfully made by your God. You have been created by God Himself to be His beautiful masterpiece and He never makes a mistake. You’re not and never will be broken or damaged goods. No matter what difficulty we experience, it does not define who we are to God.
The only way to shut the enemy up and silence his lies is to verbally declare God’s Word against Him. Our Bible is our sword, an effective weapon against every lie the enemy speaks.
The bond between a mama and child is a deep and strong bond, something that cannot be forgotten. Depression is very real and is life altering if not dealt with appropriately. If you are struggling with depression, please do not mask it or ignore it. Seek help!
You are not alone in your grief. God is with you and he is crazy about you. You are wanted, chosen and very loved by the God of the Universe. And nothing will ever come between His love for you. Your God is fighting for your heart right now, because you are worth fighting for!

About this Plan
The heartache that follows a miscarriage has the potential to draw us closer to God or away from Him. Our enemy, Satan, wants to take our raw emotions and lure us as far from God as he possibly can. Only God can offer the peace and healing our hearts desire. This plan will identify the seven stages of grief and guide women to find true healing within God’s Word.
