13
chapter thirteen
1and when he is went out from the House the Holy, says one of his disciples to him: Rebbe, look, what for a stones and kind of buildings! 2and Yehoshua has to him said: you (SG) you see the these great buildings? it will not left to be any stone upon a stone, which will not broken become!
3and while he is sat on the Mount of Olives, opposite the House the Holy, did Peter and James and John and Andrew him ask, when they are was alone: 4tell us, when will that be? and what is the sign, when this all must fulfilled become? 5and Yehoshua did begin say to them: give attention, that no one shall you (PL) not mislead. 6a many will come in my name, and say: I am he, and will a many mislead. 7and when you (PL) will hear about wars and rumors of wars, shall you (PL) self not be alarmed; this must to happen; but it is yet not the end. 8because a nation will rise against a nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be earthquakes here and there; there will be famines; the these are the beginning of the woes.
9you (PL) however give attention on self alone! one will you (PL) give over to the Sanhedrin; and one will you (PL) give lashes in the synagogues; and you (PL) will placed to be before governors and kings on account of me, for a witness to them. 10and among all nations must to the first the good News announced to be. 11and when they will you (PL) lead and turn (you) over, shall you (PL) self not make any worry beforehand, what you (PL) shall speak, but who it will you (PL) given to be in that hour, that speaks. because not you (PL) are it, who speaks, but the Spirit the Holy. 12and a brother will betray a brother to the death, and a father a child; and children will rise up against parents, and will them kill. 13and you (PL) will be hated by everyone on account of my name; who however it will endure until to the end, that (one) will saved to be. 14and when you (PL) will see the abomination of the desolation stone where it must not—shall the reader understand (Daniel 12, 11)—then should those, who are in Yehudah, flee to the mountains; 15who it is on the roof, the shall not descend, and not go in, something take of his house out; 16and who it is in field, let not return back to take his garment. 17however woe is to the pregnant and nursing ones in those days! 18be however pray, that it shall not to happen in winter. 19because those days will be a tribulation, such what become the equal is not happened since the beginning of the creation, which Hashem has created, until the present time, and it will more not be. 20and if the L-rd would not shortened the days, would no flesh (and blood) not saved become; but on account of the elect ones, whom he has chosen, has he shortened the days. (Daniel 12, 1.) 21and if someone will you (PL) then say: look here is the Moshiach! look, there! shall you (PL) it not believe; 22because it will arise false Moshiachs and false prophets, and will do signs and wonders, so that to mislead, if possible, the elect ones. 23you (PL) however give attention; look, I have you (PL) all ahead foretold! 24but in those days, after that tribulation, will the sun darkened to be, and the moon will not give its light, (Yeshayah 13, 10.) 25and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers in heaven will shaken become. (Yeshayah 34, 4.) 26and then will one see the Son of Man come in the clouds with great power and glory. (Daniel 7, 13-14) 27and then will he send the angels, and gather his chosen from the four winds, from end (of the) earth unto end heaven.
28and learn this parable of the fig tree; when its branch is already juicy/ripe, and brings forth the leaves, know you (PL), that summer is near. 29so also you (PL), when you (PL) will see the these things happening, shall you (PL) know, that it is near with the doors. 30in truth tell I you (PL): the these generation will not pass away, until all the these things will happened. 31the heaven and the earth will pass away, however my words will not pass away. 32but about that day or hour knows no one not, not even the angels in heaven, not the Son (of the Most High), only the Father. 33give attention, sleep not and do prayer! because you (PL) know not when the time is. 34as a man, travelling, did leave his house, and gave power to his servant, each one his work, and the doorkeeper did he order, that he shall watch. 35therefore watch, because you (PL) know not when the owner of the house comes, (question) in evening, or middle of the night, or when the cock crows, or in the morning; 36lest will he suddenly come, and you (PL) find sleeping. 37and what I tell you (PL), say I (to) everyone: watch!
