chapter seventeen
1and he has said to his disciples: it is unavoidable, that stumbling blocks should not come; woe is however to the one, through whom they come! 2it were better for him, if a millstone would placed become around his neck, and he would thrown in become in sea into, than that he shall mislead to the stumbling one of the these little ones. 3give attention on self alone! when the brother your sins, shall you (SG) him say reproof; and if he has change of heart, shall you (SG) him forgive be. 4and when he shall sin seven times in day against you (SG), and seven times self return to you (SG), so to say: I have regret; shall you (SG) him forgive.
5and the Shlichim have said to the L-rd: increase us the (our) faith! 6and the L-rd has said: if you (PL) would have (as much) faith as a mustard seed, would you (PL) say to the this mulberry tree: root you out and be planted you in the sea; and it would you (PL) obey. 7who however of you (PL), who has a servant plowing or shepherding, will say to him, when he comes in from the field; go sit you immediately to the table? 8(question) will he then not say to him: prepare me to something evening eat, and gird you around, and serve me, until I will eat and drink; and then (after that) will you to eat and drink? 9(question) thank he then the servant because he (the servant) has done, what it is him commanded become? 10and so also you (PL), when you (PL) will have done all, which is you (PL) commanded become, shall you (PL) say: we are useless slaves; we have done what it was our duty!
11and it is happened, on the journey to Jerusalem, that he has passed through through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12and while he is entered in a certain village into, have him met ten lepers, which are standing from a distance; 13and have uplifted their voice, so to say: Yehoshua, L-rd, have mercy on us! 14and as he has them caught sight of, has he to them said: go, show yourselves to the kohenim! and it is happened, while they are gone away, are they clean become. 15one however of them, seeing that he is healed become, has self return and praise Hashem with a loud voice, 16and is fell down on the face before his feet, and has him thanked; and he was a Samaritan. 17and Yehoshua has answering said: (question) are then not the ten clean become? where however are the nine? 18(question) has self not found no one, who has self returned to give glory to Hashem, except the this one foreigner? 19and he has said to him: stand up and go; your faith has you saved!
20and when he is asked become of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of Hashem comes, has he them answered and said: the kingdom comes not on a obvious/evident way; 21they will not say: look, here is it, or there! because look, the kingdom of Hashem is inside in you (PL).
22to the disciples however has he said: there will come days, when you (PL) will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you (PL) will not see (it). 23and they will say to you (PL): look, there (it is)! look, here! go not there, and running them not after. 24because just as so as the lightning, when it flash on, gives light it from (one) end heaven until (other) end heaven, so will the Son of Man be in the day his. 25before all must he however a many to suffer and rejected to be of the this generation. 26and so as it has happened in the days of Noah, so will also be in the days of the Son of Man: 27they were eating, they were drink, they have wedding had, they have wedding made, up to the day, when Noah is entered in the ark, and the flood is come, and has everyone destroy. (Genesis 6.) 28just as it did happen in the days of Lot: they has eaten, they has drink, they has buy, they has sell, they has plant, they has build; 29in the day however, when Lot is went out of Sodom, has it rain with fire and brimstone from heaven, and it has (to) everyone destroy. (Genesis 19, 24-26.) 30on the same way will it be in the day, when the Son of Man will revealed to be. 31in that day, who it will be on the roof, and the goods his in house, shall he not descend them take: and also so, who it will be in field, this one let not return back. 32remember Lot's wife! 33who it will seek to keep his life, this one will it lose, and who it will it lose, this one will it living keep. 34I tell you (PL), in the same night will two be in one bed, the one will taken away to be, and the another will left to be. 35two (women) will grind together; the one will taken away to be, the other however will left to be. 36two will be in field; one will taken away to be, and the another will left to be.
37and answering said they to him: where, L-rd? and he has to them said: where the corpse is, there will self also the eagles gather.
