17and while Peter did not know how himself to explain, what it could be the vision, which he had seen, look, the men, who had sent become from Cornelius, having themselves inquired about Simon's house, are standing at the gate, 18and did call and asked, (question) Simon, who is called Peter, stands here one.
19and while Peter was pondering about that vision, did the Spirit to him say: look, three men seek you. 20but stand up, go down, and do short trip with them, doubt nothing; because I have them sent. 21and Peter did go down to the men, and did say: here am I, whom you (PL) seek; what for a reason is it, on account of which you (PL) did come? 22so have they said: Cornelius, a (Roman) officer, a man righteous and fearer of heaven, and who has a good fame among entire Jewish nation, did received a order from a holy angel, to send you call in his house into, and to hear words from you (SG). 23then did Peter them summon in and welcome hospitable.
and the next morning did he get up and did go away with them, and some of the brothers in Yafo did accompany with him. 24and the next day did they come in to Caesarea. Cornelius however was already waiting on them, having called together his relatives and the intimate friends. 25and it did happened, while Peter did come in, that greeting him, did Cornelius fall down before his feet and has himself bowed. 26Peter however did him lift up, and said: stand up; I myself am also only a man. 27and speaking with him, is he go in, and did find a many assembled; 28and did to them say: you (PL) know yourself how it is forbidden for a Jew himself to join or to come to one from a strange nation; but Hashem had me shown, any people not to call common or unclean. 29given that I was called become, am I therefore come without objection. I ask therefore, on account of what did you (PL) me permit to call? 30and Cornelius has said: with four days back until to the this one hour, the ninth (3 P.M.), did I prayer do in my house; and look before me is standing a man in shining clothing, 31and did say; Cornelius, your prayer is heard become, and your almsgiving is remembered become before Hashem. 32send therefore to Yafo, and invite one Simon, which they call Peter; he lodge one in the house of Simon, a tanner, by the sea. 33therefore did I immediately send to you (SG); and you (SG) you have well did, who did you come. and now are we all here before Hashem, so as to hear all, which is you (SG) commanded become from the L-rd. 34and Peter, did open his mouth and said:
in truth am I understand, that Hashem is not show favoritism; 35but in every nation, who it fears self before him and does alms charity, is accepted by him. 36the word, which he had sent to the children of Israel, herald making peace through Yehoshua the Moshiach—he is L-rd over all— 37know you (PL); and you (PL) know the thing, which did to happen over whole (land) Yehudah, which has self begin from Galilee after the mikveh, which John had preached— 38how Hashem did anoint Yehoshua of Natseret with the Spirit the Holy and with power; who is went around, doing good and healing all, who had been under the power of the Satan, because Hashem was with him. 39and we are witnesses about everything, which he has done in the land Yehudah and in Jerusalem; him did they also kill, hanging up him on a tree. 40the this did Hashem rouse the third day, and him given revelation to be, 41(yet) not to the entire nation, but to witnesses, who had beforehand chosen become of Hashem, to us, who had eaten and drank with him after his standing up from the dead. 42and he did us command to proclaim to the people and to testify, that he is the one from Hashem appointed judge of the living ones and dead. 43to him say all prophets witness, that everyone, who believes in him, will through his name received the forgiveness of sin.
44while Peter was still speaking the these words, did the Spirit the Holy fell on all, who had heard the word. 45and the circumcised (i. e. the Jewish) believers, who had come with with Peter, were astounded, that even upon the nations (of the world) is poured out become the gift of the Spirit the Holy. 46because they have them heard speak with tongues and give glory to Hashem. then did Peter answer: 47then anyone prohibit that water, that it should not immersed to be in the mikveh the these, which have received the Spirit the Holy, exactly same as we? 48and he did them command themselves to let immerse be in the mikveh in the name of Yehoshua the Moshiach. then did they him ask, yet to remain some days.
