a Thessalonians letter 2

2
chapter two
1because you (PL) yourselves, brothers, know, that our entrance to you (PL) it not was in vain; 2but having suffered and had treated shamefully in Philippi, as you (PL) know, were we ourselves emboldened in our G-d to proclaim to you (PL) the good News of Hashem under great struggle. 3because our teaching is not from deception, not from impure (intentions) also not with craftiness; 4but as Hashem did us test, (to) us to entrust the Good News, speak we so, not as to please men, but Hashem, who tests out out our hearts. 5because as you (PL) know, are we never not come with flattering words, also not with a subterfuge of greed, Hashem is a witness; 6also not seeking glory from men, whether from you (PL) or from others, 7(although) we would be able appeared with dignity as Shlichim from the Moshiach. we are however were gentle in your midst, as a wet nurse feeds her children; 8so did this us pull to you (PL), that we have wanted ourselves to share with you (PL), not only with the good News of Hashem, but even with our own life, because you (PL) became (to) us become very dear. 9because you (PL) remember (still), brothers, our labor and toil: working by night and by day, in order that not to fall to burden anyone of you (PL), did we you (PL) preach the good News of Hashem. 10you (PL) are witness, and Hashem also, how holy and just and without a fault we did ourselves behave among you (PL) believers; 11as you (PL) know, that (with) every one of you (PL), as a father his children, 12did we exhort was and comfort, and you (PL) strongly urge to live as it is worthy before Hashem, who calls you (PL) to His kingdom and glory.
13and on account of the this thank we also Hashem without ceasing, that receiving Hashem's word, that you (PL) did hear from us, did you (PL) it accept not as a word of men, but as it is in the truth, the word of Hashem, which works also in you (PL), who believe. 14because you (PL), brothers, became imitators of the kehiles of Hashem, which are in (land of) Yehudah in the Moshiach Yehoshua; for the same did you (PL) suffer from your (PL) countrymen, as they from the Judaeans (Yehudah, not all Jews), 15who have even killed the L-rd Yehoshua and the prophets, and us did they chase out, and are not well pleasing to Hashem, and are repugnant (to) all men; 16they forbid us to speak to the nations (of the world), that they should saved be, so as always to be filling up their sin; the wrath however is come on them until the end.
17we however, brothers, after the how we were from you (PL) orphaned become for an hour, from the presence, not in heart, have we ourselves much more make effort to see your face with great desire; 18because we have wanted come to you (PL); actually I, Paul, and once and a second time; and the Satan did us hinder. 19because what is our hope, or joy, or crown of boasting (glorying)? (question) are you (PL) it then not, before our L-rd Yehoshua at His coming? 20yes, you (PL) are our glory and joy.
