How can we find peace in troubled times?

Jesus warned His disciples that they would face trials and tribulations that would test their faith. He urged them to take comfort in Him when those trials arrived. He equated Himself with God in heaven and said they would also believe in His son if they believed in Him.

Jesus promises peace to His followers, even during trouble. He reassures us that He has prepared a place for us in His Father’s house, and His presence brings lasting comfort and security.

Modern living brings many anxieties, even for firm believers. When you are anxious or fearful, remember that Jesus has promised His peace. Trust in Him, knowing that He is preparing a place for you. Take time today to rest in the peace that only He can provide.
