Journey With Jesus 365ናሙና

Jesus cried out, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" Jesus, as fully man, is experiencing a loss of fellowship with the Father, something He has never known before. Why did God forsake His son? Because the sins of all mankind were placed upon Jesus. He suffered God’s full wrath in our place. Jesus was forsaken by God, so we may never be forsaken. Jesus experienced isolation so we would never face isolation. Jesus battled through darkness so you and I might live in the light of God’s grace.

Jesus paid a great price for our salvation. Do you thank God daily for what Jesus did for you on the cross?
