2 Timothy 4
4
1I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, # 1Ti 5:21 who will judge the living and the dead # Ac 10:42 at His appearing and His kingdom: 2Preach the word, be ready in season and out of season, reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching. # Titus 1:13; 2:15 3For the time will come when people will not endure sound teaching, # 1Ti 1:10 but they will gather to themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, having itching ears, 4and they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn to myths. # 1Ti 1:4; 4:7 5But be self-controlled in all things, endure afflictions, # 2Ti 1:8 do the work of an evangelist, # Ac 21:8 and prove your ministry.
6For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, # Php 2:17 and the time of my departure has come. # Php 1:23 7I have fought a good fight, # 1Ti 6:12 I have finished my course, # Ac 20:24 and I have kept the faith. 8From now on a crown of righteousness is laid up for me, # Col 1:5 which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me on that Day, # 2Ti 1:12 and not only to me but also to all who have loved His appearing.
