Prayer can feel like a one-way call sometimes. We ask for help, but we feel like we don’t get a response or the response we receive is not the answer we wanted. We wonder, “Did God hear me?” God did because He hears everything we say. So, you may be wondering, “If God did hear me, why is my prayer not being answered?” 

The good news is, God does hear our prayers and can even use a difficult situation for good and to help us become who God wants us to be. One thing we can always hold on to is what this verse promises. When you pray, God will answer you. God will be there when you’re in trouble. God will honor you. Isn’t that amazing?

It may look different than we think, but God will be there during trouble no matter what happens in life, and God can use bad situations for our good. 

When you pray, remember God is listening and will respond to you. Even if circumstances don’t change or you don’t feel like your prayer is being answered. Be patient because God heard and is making a way for you.
