SO WHAT? Why does it matter?

• Why do you think Paul and Silas responded the way they did?
• When you read the passage, what hardship or wrong in our modern world came to mind?

NOW WHAT? What should I do about it?

• Have you ever felt wronged by someone else? How did you respond? If given a do-over, how might you react if the same thing happened now?
• Our acts of compassion can have long-lasting effects on people's lives. Who's changed your life by showing concern for you?
• Even if we have been wronged, we can offer healing to others. Who can you forgive and offer the good news of Jesus to today?
