Email your story to a friend. Sending a friend an email or text will allow you to share with them without having to look them in the eye...yet. Mention that you love them and care for them. Mention that you have been praying for them. Mention that you couldn't get it out of your mind to send them this note. Make yourself available to them if they want to talk further.
