21 Days of Rightful Relationships 預覽
Day 11 – The Lord has not forgotten about you
One way the devil tries to trick us is to make us think God can do things for our family members, friends and neighbors, but not for us. This is simply a deceitful tactic of the enemy, refer to John 10:10. God reminds us in His Word that He is no respecter of persons, read Romans 2:11. Therefore, if He does it for one, He can surely do it for you!
Nothing is impossible
I dedicate this day of devotion to my brother and his wife. At this time last year, our families grieved the loss of their stillborn son. And although the doctors said “no,” and they experienced troubling news concerning their future unborn children, God said “yes!” Because of God’s faithfulness, they recently welcomed a very healthy beautiful baby girl!
Believe again
Many times in life, we may think that our time has expired and God cannot step in and do a new thing in our lives. But this is not so. God says nothing is impossible with Him. We are reminded of this when Lazarus was raised from the dead, the woman suffered with the issue of blood for twelve years and was healed, and of course when Peter walked on water. As we read these, we become encouraged knowing that God is such an awesome God and He can do anything!
Don’t bury your dreams in the grave
Sometimes when we encounter trials and tribulations in the area of relationships, we take our eyes off God and think there is nothing that can be done. Because of this, our dreams, hopes and prayer lives become stagnant. We immediately forsake all that we know the Word says and put our attention on the things of the world. It is in these times we have to remember who God is.
