I Am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life

Not as the world gives do I give to you. #ver. 1 Let not your hearts be troubled, neither #2 Tim. 1:7let them be afraid. 28#ver. 2-4 You heard me say to you, #See ch. 8:21 ‘I am going away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I #See ver. 12 am going to the Father, for #[ch. 10:29; Phil. 2:6]the Father is greater than I. 29And #ch. 13:19; 16:4now I have told you before it takes place, so that when it does take place you may believe. 30I will no longer talk much with you, for #See ch. 12:31 the ruler of this world is coming. #[ch. 17:14; 18:36; Heb. 4:15]He has no claim on me, 31but I do #ch. 12:49, 50; Phil. 2:8; Heb. 5:8 as the Father has commanded me, #ch. 17:21, 23so that the world may know that I love the Father.
