Day 5: Honoring the Mantle
**Scripture:** 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV) - "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."

Honoring the Mantle means recognizing and respecting the Calling and gifts that God has placed on each of you. It’s about valuing your spouse’s role in God’s Kingdom and supporting them in fulfilling it. When you honor the Mantle, you are acknowledging that God has a specific Purpose for your marriage and that each of you plays a vital role in that Purpose.
This respect and honor should be evident in your words, actions, and attitudes. It means encouraging your spouse in their Calling, praying for them, and celebrating their successes. It also means being a faithful steward of the gifts God has given you and using them to serve your spouse and others.
Today, reflect on how you can better honor the Mantle in your marriage. Are there areas where you need to show more support or encouragement? Pray for a deeper understanding of your spouse’s Calling and for the Grace to honor it faithfully.
**Prayer**
Lord, help us to honor the Mantles You have placed on our lives. Give us the wisdom to support and encourage each other in our Callings. May we be faithful stewards of the gifts You have entrusted to us, using them to serve each other and others for Your Glory. Amen.
