WHY DOES IT HAVE TO HAPPEN TO ME?

In life, we face difficult situations; some are stressful; others (although they seem insignificant) make us think that our life is meaningless, and we get to the point of asking ourselves: Why does it have to happen to me? And that's where the problem lies.

There is something that we must understand when we ask ourselves why bad things happen to us in life, and that is the cruel reality. Reality is what cultivates our most unfathomable thoughts. It should be noted that they are things that happen for our good, not for our evil; now, how can I think that what is happening to me is something positive when what happens to me is really something negative? I will explain it to you with a biblical quote: "And we know that to those who love God, all things help well, that is, those who according to their purpose are called" (Romans 8:28).

I want to show you what we can learn from that wonderful text:

And we know that those who love God.

Who loves God? How can I know if I love God or not? How can I love God? Perhaps these are some questions that you have asked yourself when reading this small portion of the Word of God, but let me tell you that loving God is not telling him I love you; it is demonstrating that I love you. How can you prove it? Loving those who hate you, praying for someone, helping a needy person, and having a close relationship with God.

All things help them well.

When God erases something from your life, it is because he is going to write better things. Don't get discouraged if a problem comes; remember that God is on your side to hold you with his strong arm. Problems will come and rejections will come, but the best of all is that God allows those things to happen to you because the blessing that will be given to you is greater than the same adversity that you are facing right now. When God says everything, he refers to everything. Look at the story of Job. He was an upright, impeccable man, but he got problems as anyone can, only that he acted in a different way: he worshipped God despite the difficulties. What are you waiting for to act correctly in this difficulty?

That is, those who are called according to their purpose.

There is something that I want to make clear in this devotional, and it is the following: Many are called, but few are chosen. We are chosen to do the will of our God with love. Are you willing to accept God's call in your life?

Our Lord has a purpose for each of us; we are all different, and we go through similar situations; some are easy to solve, others are difficult to solve, yet we should not distrust the purpose that God has for each of us. Don't forget that the process hurts, but it's worth it to reach the goal.

Dear young man, I know that you have been silencing your process, but remember this: God is with you.

Three Things That Christians Don't Say

Among so many things to do, there is something that Christians enjoy doing and that is talking. Neylin Solís and Richard Paredes present things that Christians keep silent about. It is recommended to read this plan, because you will be able to find the solution to what you are not saying.
