GOD NEEDS YOUR FAITH

DAY FIFTEEN OF THIRTY ONE

Let me start off with a disclaimer. When it comes to what we hope for, this is not a “name it and claim it” or “law of attraction” type of teaching. When you read on in Hebrews 11, the examples written in Scripture all featured people who had been told what promise they should believe for. It wasn’t made up in their own heads.

God speaks to us all concerning our life, and that’s why it’s important to hear His Voice clearly.

We might not witness the audible Voice of God like many in the Old Testament, but we were given the Gift of the Holy Spirit before Jesus went to Heaven after His Resurrection so that we could have an intimate dialogue with God.

There will be many times that God promises something or leads you into an assignment, and you immediately see results. Other times you might feel like the wait is taking forever.

Either way, God has made everything beautiful in its time, and it happens just the way it needs to and exactly when it needs to. You might not see it, but God is working behind the scenes.

Prayer: Ask God to help you in remaining patient and waiting on His timing. When you’re tempted to take things into your own hands, remember the many testimonies in the Bible that came out of God’s children holding on and not giving up.
