Tonight We Pray for the Momma: Hope for the Midnight Moments of Motherhood預覽
For the Momma in a Hard Place
Not everything we’ve faced fits in the tidy lines of printed books or digital devotionals. The stories are too raw and jagged. The path veers toward places far too personal to share. These experiences and seasons are surely part of our stories, but they are the chapters reserved for us and the Lord alone to remember.
So, my friend, you’ll have to trust us when we tell you that we know what it is like to carry a heavy, unseen burden—one perhaps shared with no one but the Lord. We know what it is like to go through the hard, the heavy, the horrible. We know what it is like to feel misunderstood and unheard. We know what it is like to wake up holding “this” and wondering whether today will be the day God does something about it. We know what it’s like to wait for God to shift the things we have been praying about for days, months, or decades.
So, without laying out a valley-to-mountaintop tale of exactly how God led us out of those not-so-shareable seasons of life, we will say this: The God who met us will meet you. The God who has taken every step with you up until this moment will walk with you through every one of your coming days. He will lead you to the other side.
Jesus knows what you’re facing. He knows what is up ahead. And the One who set the world into motion, the One who knows every beat of your heart and the very cadence of your steps, will keep you moving toward the good plan He has for you. You are not alone. You are far, far from alone.
These words from God are designed to go straight to your own heart: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” (Isaiah 41:10, NIV).
Whatever your “this” may be, you are not alone. He is holding you now.
Tonight, we pray for the momma who needs to know that she’s not alone in this. Lord, You know what her “this” is. Tonight, settle deep within her the truth that she’s not alone. She has You. She won’t face any of it by herself. Bless her tonight. We ask in Jesus’s name, amen.
關於此計劃
Momma, midnight isn’t just a time on a clock. It can represent all the hard, heavy, or hidden places in a momma’s heart. It’s in these midnight moments—the ones where you feel discouragement, anxiety, uncertainty, exhaustion, grief, or simply the weight of any one thing so heavy on your heart—that we offer hope. Let’s look to the Lord to give us peace. Let’s find healing in Him.
