Reflection Prayer

Gratitude: Begin the prayer by grounding yourself in gratitude. Become aware of the blessings you have received today, no matter how small. Thank God for these gifts, as expressions of His love.

Ask for Light: Pray for the grace to see your day through the lens of Mark 11:20-25, where Jesus speaks about faith, prayer, and forgiveness. Ask for insight into how these themes have played out in your day.

Review the Day: With the passage in mind, review your day.

Prayer: Consider how you approached prayer today. Were your prayers characterized by the confidence and faith that Jesus encourages?

Forgiveness: Reflect on your interactions with others. Were there moments when you needed to forgive or ask for forgiveness? How did you respond to these opportunities?

Respond: Talk to God about what you've noticed. If you've struggled with faith, prayer, or forgiveness, ask for His guidance and help. If you've experienced moments of trust and reconciliation, express your gratitude.

Hopeful Intention: Inspired by Jesus' actions and teachings, make a specific intention for tomorrow. It may involve deepening your faith through a specific act of trust, committing to prayer, or making amends where forgiveness is needed.

Conclude with a prayer of thanksgiving, and ask for the courage and grace to live out your intention.

Holy Week: Symbols of Suffering and Life

During Holy Week we follow Jesus in the last days before His crucifixion. With symbols in His daily interactions, conversations, and deeds we identify with His suffering. This journey invites you to watch a devotional in the morning and do a guided reflection prayer in the evening.
