Jehovah Raah is found 173 times in Scripture, the first being in Genesis 48:15. Another instance where this name is used is in Genesis 49:24, "But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because Jehovah Raah, the Rock of Israel."
