Rerouting预览
It’s natural to want to have a plan. We make plans daily. Some are fun plans, like where we want to go on vacation or what special meal we want for lunch. Others are more difficult, like planning what to do for an ailing family member or what appointments we need to make to deal with our health. Having a plan can help us feel more secure about our future, but what happens when those plans have to change? What happens when the years we thought we had turn into days? Or when the steps we were so sure of suddenly are no longer an option? What do we do when the plan we relied on so heavily is now nothing more than a dream? This isn’t to say that all plans are bad, or that we should never have a plan or direction for the future. Instead, it’s wise to remember that, while we can make all the plans we want, God is ultimately in charge of our future. His plans are even greater than our own. What plans can you give over to God today? Spend time alone in prayer, asking God to help you let go of the plans you’ve made for your own life and embrace whatever steps or plans He has for your future.
