PRAY4JAPAN - 17 Day Prayer Guide for Japan预览
Government Leaders and Those in Authority
Japanese government and bureaucracy is traditionally slow moving and conservative. Japan stands at a crossroad of either following western trends or standing strong in its own beliefs.
Let's agree for the blessing of Japanese governmental leaders and those in authority to fear the Lord and make righteous decisions.
WORSHIP - Praise Jesus, the Son of God, who has ultimate authority and all government!
And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end... Isaiah 9:6-7 (NKJV)
Lord, all authority has been given to Christ, and of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end. He reigns on the throne over Japan!
DECLARE - God’s warning to the leaders of the earth is crystal clear.
Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth.
Serve the Lord with fear, with trembling kiss his feet, or he will be angry, and you will perish in the way; for his wrath is quickly kindled.
Happy are all who take refuge in him. Psalm 2:10-12 (NRSV)
We declare Psalm 2 over Japanese leaders: serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling! Kiss the Son, lest He be angry and you be destroyed in your way. Fear the Lord, Japan!
PRAY - May God bless Japanese governmental leaders and those with great influence.
Most of all, I’m writing to encourage you to pray with gratitude to God. Pray for all men with all forms of prayers and requests as you intercede with intense passion. And pray for every political leader and representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (TPT)
Lord, we pray for the “kings” and all those in authority in Japan - that believers may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
读经计划介绍
Japan is the world’s second largest unreached people group even after decades of dedicated evangelism and church presence. In this highly sophisticated society most Japanese see Christianity as nice but irrelevant. Church attendance hovers around 0.3%. Let’s agree with the Word of God as we worship, declare and pray for breakthrough in this beautiful nation.
