“He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.” Proverbs 10:5 KJV

Diligence requires work. Your work ethic today will determine tomorrow’s harvest. Diligently gather. Don’t waste the opportunity. What has God commanded you to build and to launch? What business did He tell you to pursue? What book did He tell you to write? It’s time to pursue and recover all that God has promised you. 

God gives wisdom to the diligent. He will order your footsteps and guide your path — if you allow Him to do so. A wise son chooses to seek God and submit to His Authority on how to gather. Harvest is waiting. 

Will you diligently work with what God has set before you? God will give you witty ideas, insight, and vision as you diligently execute. Decide to move forward. If you cannot see the whole picture, then start by taking the first step. If you cannot see the first step, then ask God for direction and revelation to light your path. 

God delights when you engage Him in every aspect of your life. He wants you to ask Him — God wants to lead you and to partner with you in every aspect of your journey. Ask God for instruction and He’ll lead your path.
