As we close out this week on increasing joy through forgiveness, take some time to reflect on these questions. Journal your thoughts:

• Who has caused you such pain that it seems impossible to forgive?
• What tragedies have you faced?
• Have you asked God to forgive you? This is where a relationship with God begins. He loves you so much that He was willing to give His Son. This is where real joy can be found.
• What hurts are you holding onto that are preventing you from enjoying life to its fullest?
• Have you accepted the forgiveness that is available to you through Jesus? Have you surrendered to Him?
